Now, we may not pair it with a green tulle petticoat with orange cotton binding, or throw on Puce open-toe Mary Jane shoes with pink scallop trim and fabric bow buckles as Betty did on the show, but the jacket? We’ll wear it anytime.

Is it any wonder why Erin was so popular with the boys at Smooth’s party? In the last “Unexpected Roommates” episode of The City, you may recall that Erin was the object of both J.R.’s and Duncan’s affection - so much that it almost led to a heated confrontation between the guys. Hands down my favorite show on television right now is Real Housewives of Orange County. Having lived there for four years and experienced this lifestyle first hand, I am always so giddy to watch these ladies in action.
While watching tonight’s episode and taking notes on the bold and colorful outfits we have come to expect from these ladies, I noticed that Jeana took a page right out of Britney’s style book on a trip to the beloved Fred Segal (Santa Monica location for those keeping track). Yep, Jeana is wearing the same Nanette Lepore Yellow Lace Dress that Brit Brit wore during her appearance on How I Met Your Mother.

In ‘Betty Suarez Land,’ Betty goes summery for a jaunt to Coney Island in a Nanette Lepore blouse we’d wear anywhere. You have to look past the Betsey Johnson jumper and sweater combo (and don’t even THINK of looking at the fuchsia ankle socks) to see its potential, but notice the delicate white eyelet top peeking out?
