The pressure is setting in and tempers are starting to rise.  After winning the first two challenges of Project Runway, Gretchen started out episode three by proclaiming “I’m a force to be reckoned with.”  She did make it to the top 3, but we soon found out that Gretchen is not untouchable.  For this week’s challenge of designing a look created entirely from party-store supplies,  Andy, with his phenomenal cocktail dress of braided ribbons, took home the top prize, while Sarah was sent home after designing a ‘boring’ dress from cardboard palm trees.  All in all, this episode was a colorful one, and the designs were appropriately guest-judged by none other than the queen of color herself, Betsey Johnson.
