Traditionally, Nanette Lepore is a designer that we associate with the ladies of Wisteria Lane or that gorgeous ghost whisperer herself, Melinda Gordon. But, we have to say, Serena does a great job of putting her own spin on this lux brand by bringing us an intricate sunburst motif in the “How To Succeed in Bassness” episode of Gossip Girl.

Complete with a V-neckline, deep keyhole and more shimmering beads than you can shake a stick at, this day-to-night piece shines on its own and only needs opaque tights and simple jewelry to finish the look. Perfection.
