The nominations are in! So who are the big winners of Round 1 for this year’s Primetime Emmy Awards show? The NBC hit “30 Rock” starring Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin is back on top with an astounding 22 nominations, followed by the 60s retro series “Mad Men” with 16 bids.
