While I have been debating whether I think mocassins are cute, other women have already made up their mind. Just a few days and The Hills is back on MTV. We must admit that we’ve been waiting! Luckily while we wait there has been things to keep us excited like Lauren showing her Fall Collection (available in August) at LA Fashion Week. Not only was the line chic and wearable we must say we believe it was her best work to date. We’re loving her strapless dress with the bow and the ruched halter dress. In the crowd to cheer her on were girlfriendsWhitney, Audrina, and Lo . Even her once rumored beau Brody Jenner was there in the front row with her other pals Frankie Delgado, and Kristin Cavallari.

You know when you hear a song and it takes you back to another time, a movie, or a show? Well that’s how I felt last night when I was watching the 50th Annual Grammy Awards where I heard music that reminded me of none other than the lovely ladies of The Hills. Yes Rihanna’s “Umbrella”, and Fergie’s “Big Girls Don’t Cry” have a special place in my heart for complimenting all the life lessons and drama that took place on the show.

Rihanna proved that not only did she have one of the hottest songs of the year winning Best Rap/Sung Collaboration with “Umbrella”, but also that she knows how to work it on the red carpet by wearing a sexy cobalt Zac Posen frock.

Fergie shows us what big girls look like in a very grown-up,very glamorous yellow Calvin Klein gown.

And finally Natasha Bedingfield, the sultry crooner of the infamous theme song “Unwritten”, looked regal in a deep purple Reem Acra gown.

Women’s Wear Daily reported yesterday that MTV will be looking for another magazine partner for its hit series “The Hills” next season. Apparently Teen Vogue darlings Whitney and intern LC are moving on to greener pastures. Their last issue will be Teen Vogue’s March issue, where they helped the magazine on their Crillon Ball coverage ( the reason for their Paris trip at the end of Season 3).

This comes as no surprise to those who’ve watched a sneak peak at Whitney and LC in Paris wherein Whitney seems to be leaning towards leaving the fashion rag, and to the fans who’ve seen recent pictures of LC meeting with Brent Bolthouse from Brent Bolthouse Productions (Yes folks that’s the same office that Ms. Montag works at). All this adds up to possible juicy drama for next season and even more glammed up confrontations no doubt.

So be prepared to tune into MTV to watch the ladies Paris fun-and don’t forget to shop all your favorite looks and accessories from the show.

Its Monday and you know what that means…a new episode of The Hills! I shouldn’t play favorites, but when it comes to fashion Lauren is still the leading lady. Her style is best described as laid-back-chic…think ‘Laguna Beach meets Vogue Magazine’. She loves top designers like Marc Jacobs, Catherine Malandrino, and Karl Lagerfeld but isn’t afraid to marry their designs with lower end pieces from H&M and Banana Republic. The result? A look that is elegant, casual and always fresh.
With stunning green eyes and a gorgeous California tan, Lauren usually opts for clothing in classic colors like black, teal, navy and cream and favors luxe materials like soft cashmere and pima cotton. She loves clean lines and shapes but isn’t afraid of playful accents like a braided neckline or delicate pleating. Always a hit on the red carpet, Lauren’s recent choices have included a cream and black Cotton Voile Goddess Dress by Alexander Wang, a Michelle Mason ruffled mini dress, and a cream Catherine Malandrino bustier. Tomorrow night the SeenON! team is attending the Season 3 premiere party for (our favorite guilty pleasure!) The Hills. With the buzz-worthy third season airing next Monday on MTV, controversy and questions abound. Did Spencer really propose to Heidi? Will Lauren and Heidi ignore each other at the party?
