Easily landing on many Top 10 Fashionista lists this year, coupled with a new reality series in the works, it was only a matter of time before Olivia Palermo announced she would be starting her own fashion line.  And she has.

Talking to Vogue Spain, the socialite explains that her new show will follow her rise as a fashion designer.  Not a novel idea, as almost everyone has pointed out, since The City was the vehicle for Whitney Port’s line Whitney Eve, and The Hills alum Lauren Conrad will be doing the same thing this year pushing her line, Paper Crown.

Will we watch? Of course we will. This girl has got amazing style. Question is, will you?

What are you going to be for Halloween? Former star of The Hills, Lauren Conrad, won’t be going as anything intentionally scary for the holiday this year. The budding fashion designer plans on sewing up her own spin on a widely recognized comedic icon.

“We were just talking about this today; we were talking about Halloween costumes,” she told MTV News. “And I decided that I want to be a clown this year. Like, a pretty clown with a tutu and bright tights and suspenders. A girl clown.”

Could Lauren Conrad’s best friend Lo Bosworth be the star of her new film based on her best-selling novel, L.A. Candy? She can according to little Miss L.C. herself.

Lauren tells MTV…

“No [I don't know who should be in it],” Conrad said. “[That's] the question I do not have an answer for. I have no idea! I feel like I’m going to shoot for someone crazy amazing, and then they’re going to be like, ‘Ugh, yeah, I’ll do your movie.’ ”

So instead of reaching for the stars, Conrad picked someone she knows might agree to do the flick, her friend and former “Hills” co-star Lo Bosworth. And in case you’re wondering whether Bosworth has acting chops, Conrad assures her fans that her pal has taken lessons. “I have to do research. We’ll see,” she said. “I would like Lo Bosworth. Lo has taken a couple of acting classes in her life.”
