Every now and then in an established music artist’s career, he will collaborate with a few other well-known names and put out a few hot tracks with a different sound on an album. Well, Soulja Boy has done just that.

But wait, didn’t this kid just get started? Make no mistake — this 16-year-old Chicago-born rapper is the music scene’s new kid on the block, but he’s got cooler toys, flashier clothes, and, yes, a way bigger house than you. And, on top of all that, he brings an entourage of famous friends with sweet record deals and huge fan clubs. Can you say “cha-ching”?

Just months into his career, not only has Soulja Boy already worked with i15 to produce the new track “Soulja Girl,” but recently on Jimmy Kimmel Live, our boy SB performed his chart-topping single “Crank That” with Blink-182’s former rock-star drummer, Travis Barker.

This kid may be young, but don’t underestimate his potential — he’s got the confidence (and connections) of an industry veteran. And if he continues to engage in attention-worthy collaborations like this, he should have no problem staying in the music spotlight (wearing his signature stunna shades, of course!).

The Westwood Village Theater rolled out the red carpet last week for the L.A. premiere of Ben Stiller’s new movie The Heartbreak Kid. And SeenON! was there to catch it all on video!

The Heartbreak Kid is a remake of a classic 1972 romantic black comedy starring Charles Grodin, Jeannie Berlin, and Cybill Shepherd. In the movie, the single and indecisive, Eddie (Ben Stiller) begins dating the incredibly sexy and fascinating Lila (Malin Akerman), and upon the urging of his father (Jerry Stiller) and best friend (Rob Corddry), Eddie proposes to her after only 6 weeks. But while on their honeymoon in Mexico, Lila unveils her true unattractive nature and Eddie meets, and attempts to woo, a woman whom he believes is his true soul mate: Miranda (Michelle Monaghan).
